We have been busy learning about oceans and pirates.We are loving Treasure Island by Robert Louis Stephenson and are working hard to learn many new songs including jazz, rock and blues!
We have been so lucky with the weather 😀
Measuring and finding the largest tree trunk width, making magical ,natural items to buy and sell, creating rafts that will float in our HUGE puddle.
And above all else ... working together, helping each other and having great fun while learning 👏👏👏😃

Another wonderful Forest school day 😊 We were fantastic gardeners, cleaning and clearing weeds, refilling flower pots with compost as well as working together to build and create many wonderful things.
We have enjoyed solving straw puzzles this week . My lovely Ladybirds 🐞 are going to be your teachers tonight .... can you set up 9 squares as picture shows , remove 4 straws and leave 6 squares ( no straws sticking out anywhere) . Please listen carefully to your mini teacher 😊😊😊x
We had a fantastic first Forest school day today.
We explored,designed,measured,problem solved, discussed,worked in pairs and teams and laughed loudly!😁😁😁 I think I was the dirtiest when we returned to class!😂😂

Roll a coin was amazing ... we thought the prize had been won ..until that coin was actually knocked off the prize! We were so amazed, can you guess who the amazing coin roller was?😁😁😁

We have worked together to think about how modern hospitals are similar and different to Victorian hospitals. We found out so much about the conditions in the Scutari hospital Florence and her nurses transformed.
You have been so wonderful and very, very busy. I have loved seeing all your work and loved listening to your voices.
Your parents have been fantastic too!
