Building a 3D model of the Ancient Citadel, Alchemy Island.
If you built your model yesterday, today you could paint/ decorate it.
Models could be built from lego or any other construction set if recyclable packaging or art /craft materials are unavailable.
Please send me a photograph of your finished model. I am really looking forward to seeing them!

This activity can be topic work for today and tomorrow.
Use recycled materials to build a 3D structure.
Build your model today it can be decorated and detail can be added tomorrow. Take photographs of your model at different stages. You can email me your photographs to show your models progress.

Create your own spelling word list!
Use your home reading books or any other suitable book that you have at home. Make a list of 10 words from your book that you think you could use in your writing tasks.
Put your new words into sentences. Save your work and send it to me. Underline or make bold the words you have used.
For example: The weather today is extremely cold.
Ask an adult to test your spelling of your new words. Let me know your score!

Yesterday you searched the internet to find examples of fictional places. I enjoyed looking at your examples.
Be creative today. You may have had some new arts and craft for Christmas? Design and draw your own fictional place. Give it a name and include many features. What would you like in your fictional place? Use your ideas from yesterday for inspiration.
You can either create your masterpiece on hwb or on paper and take a photograph? I look forward to seeing them!

Be as descriptive as you can. Add important details like when you woke up, how were you feeling? What did you do on Christmas morning? What was your favourite present and why? Who did you spend Christmas with? What did you eat? What did you watch? etc.
Remember to use Capital letters and full stops. Remember to use adjectives, verbs and adverbs.
