In the meantime:

For numeracy. please do everything you can do learn your number bonds and tables - and that really means learn them, until you know them inside out, backwards and out of order! It is not enough just to be able to recite multiplication tables.

For literacy, remember that daily reading is part of your general homework anyway. If you don't read daily, your reading ability will not improve. 

Write as much as you can about something that interests you - it doesn't matter what! Just focus on writing in sentences with careful spelling and punctuation.
